Workshop
The workshop was, in my opinion, highly productive and successful! Thank you very much for the great ideas you had! I will write down the main points as soon as I find the time. In the meanwhile, please feel free to ponder over the topics we were discussing and send me any ideas that you have.
We divided ourselves into groups and discussed the following topics:
- Why is the Hospitality Club so great and why should everyone join? Are there any reasons not to join the club?
- How can I (living in a not frequently visited place) receive more guests?
- How should a PERFECT Hospitality Club meeting in Mikkeli look like?
- How can we spread the idea of hospitality and how do we persuade people to join the club?
- How does the Hospitality Club foster worldwide peace building?
- Is it in the club's interest that as many people as possible join the club? Why?
In addition, we had a group that everybody could join voluntarily:
- Belly dancing!! (Thanks Elisa, the performance that you did in 10 minutes with people who had never ever danced before was splendid!!)
The results were presented to everyone by the group. I will make a little written summary of all the ideas we had :) Just gimme some time...
